SERVICE SCHEDULE

LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT 

• Landscape Maintenance- Year-round service visits to professionally complete mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed weeding, raking, cleanup and blowing.  All equipment used for this purpose is regularly maintained and blades on equipment will always be sharp for superior performance.
• Sprinkler System Service- All components of the sprinkler system- controllers, valves and sprinkler heads- will be inspected as scheduled.  Coverage issues will be addressed.  Pumps, where applicable, will be inspected or serviced as contracted.
• Fertilization Programs- To ensure healthy, vigorous turf and plant growth fertilization programs will be built around the specific property.  Slow-release granular and targeted liquid fertilizers will be used. 
• Integrated Pest Management Program- To minimize unecessary pesticide application the turf and plants will be monitored for potential pest activity and spot-treated with EPA-approved liquid control products as needed.
• Seasonal Color Rotations- The maintenance manager will work with the client to design and select plant material for high-visibility seasonal color beds.  Plant material will be limited to available annuals and perennials.
• Bed Covering- Pine bark, cypress mulch, red mulch and pine straw will be applied as contracted to the plant beds at a heighth of 2-3 inches.  Additionally, synthetic coverings and rock or stone is available.
• Tree Elevation- Trees will be elevated during the off-season to allow pedestrian and vehicle traffic.  Building-clearance and maintaining light fixtures will be addressed as allowed.  Deadwood, shaping and interior thinning would be addressed as contracted.
• Palm Trimming- Palm trees up to 15 feet will be trimmed as needed during regular landscape maintenance service visits.  Taller palms trees will be trimmed as contracted.

DESIGN-BUILD  

• Landscape Design- A landscape manager will work directly with the client to develope a landscape design or plan and proposal for new landscaping or enhancing existing landscaping.
• Landscape Install- Experienced crews install all plants, trees, palms, groundcovers, turf, mulch as industry standards require and within the scope established by the design.  Throughout the install and establishment phases the landscape manager will work with you to provide the best looking landscape.
• Irrigation Systems- The installation of all compnents necessary to provide a system with complete coverage for existing or new plant material.
• Pavers- Install as part of new structures or dress-up existing walkways, pool decks, patios, roadways or entranceways.  There are a variety of colors and styles available.
• Retaining Walls- A retaining wall provides functional support, area separation and an aesthetic upgrade to new or existing landscapes.  Pressure-treated lumber, small rock and concrete block offer many choices.
• Landscape Lighting- A lighting system accentuates the landscaping in the evening time and improves property security.  Landscape lighting allows for spot, pathway, accent and uplighting. 
• Drainage Systems- There are many instances where drainage systems are necessary.  Each system is unique and depends on the specific area that needs to be drained.  Drainage systems usually consist of swales or grates.
